President Karzai told the candidates that his time is up and that the people want a new president and new government in place to put an end to the political uncertainty clouding the country. On Monday, Abdullah announced that the negotiation on unity government is fruitless and that he would not accept the results of the audit recount expecting it will favor Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai.
